Here We Go Again

AudioGust second album “Here We Go Again” includes some of his most popular single releases as well as new songs. The theme of the album is inspiration, both to joy of experiencing it and the devastation when it goes away for a while. “The album is split into songs that describe the extremes of the fickle nature of inspiration and songs that have come to me in both of those places,” explains AudioGust. The title track “Here We Go Again” describes the artist being woken up at 3am with a new song idea that quickly becomes fully formed in his head, seemingly from nowhere. Then he is left with the work of figuring out what it all means. The second song, “Bubble in Your Champagne” is the actual song that came to AudioGust that morning. “I think of this inspiration as a muse, coming to visit and ready to share ideas but you need to be open to accepting those ideas. If you ignore them too many times, she stops coming. The album “Here We Go Again” includes a number of songs about people at different points along that journey.”
Unspoken

If you're familiar with the phrase "I probably shouldn't have said that" then this song is for you. "Unspoken" is a song about the impact of saying things that may even be true, but still are better left unspoken.
This is a powerful song that starts off simply and explodes into an anthem to those who wished they'd kept that thought inside.
Seattle

Seattle needs a theme song, and this is it. A song about loneliness and connection and seeking a place that's "just a little wild".
AudioGust next release “Seattle” is a story of longing to get home after being away on the road and a desire to share the beauty of the Emerald City with people he meets along the way. “It’s really a love song to Seattle. I’ve lived here since the late 90’s and whenever I travel and meet people who’ve never been here, I can’t help but share the many things that are so special about Seattle and all of the truly unique spaces all around it.”
How You Been? Single

AudioGust latest release “How You Been?” describes part of his transition from a successful career at an industry leading software company to his return to the music industry. “I was in a position that a lot of people would love to be in. In a way, I was living the dream, but it wasn’t my dream anymore. In the back of my mind, I always wondered what would have happened if I had stuck with music. I kept thinking about the days when we were backstage after a show with the rest of my band and I wondered what it would be like to do it all again.”
AudioGust wrote the song with chart-topping songwriter Liz Rodrigues (Celine Dion, Eminem, Putbull). “It was wonderful to work with Liz on this song. She has both a great melodic and rhythmic sense and that was really interesting to blend with my Alt-Rock / Pop Rock styles. We started channeling aspects of the Red Hot Chili Peppers in the chorus with a rapid fire, syncopated melody and that set the tone for the rest of the song.” When they were done writing, AudioGust produced and performed and mixed the track in his studio on Whidbey Island, Washington.
Love and Pain EP

AudioGust's EP is actually a three sided single (what does that even look like?) called "Love and Pain".
This release includes three powerful songs that were co-written and produced by AudioGust and, for the first time, feature vocal performances by some of his co-writers.
"Not OK", featuring an amazing vocal by K RHEN, is a smoldering Pop Rock song about jealousy from an ended relationship.
The title song "Love and Pain", featuring a smoky, emotional vocal by LadyMac, describes the shock of a recent loss of a relationship.
"Believe Me", featuring another outstanding vocal performance by Zahra Deljoui, chronicles a loss of trust in a relationship and posits "We can’t go on unless I know that you believe me"
